Has my order shipped?
  Once shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us, however you may also click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your orders status.
Why don't I see all of the National Geographic products?
  We are proud to offer products locally to our UK customers. To start, we have selected our new titles along with the best of our favorites for purchase via a quicker and more economical way than purchasing from our US-based online store. Over time we hope to expand the product offering of our UK site.  We appreciate your feedback so that we may continue to improve our offering. How do I navigate the site?
  To navigate this website, simply click on a category you might be interested in. Categories are listed on the top, left, and bottom of our website.

QUICK TIP: Place your mouse cursor over anything you think could be a clickable link. You'll notice that anytime you scroll over something that is a link, your mouse cursor will become a "hand", whereas scrolling over anything that is NOT a link will leave your cursor as an "arrow". You may also type a keyword into the SEARCH box to quickly find a specific product. If you have any trouble locating a product, feel free to contact customer service for assistance.
How do I track my order?
  Click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order.
Can I get a copy of my order/invoice?
  Click the "My Account" link at the top of our site to review your orders. You may compare your order history on our website with your financial records. Or, you may print copies of your orders by clicking "print invoices". If you have further questions or concerns, please contact customer service.
How do I use a coupon?
  After adding items to your cart, click the "View Cart" link at the top of this site to view your cart. At the bottom of the shopping cart you'll see a box where you may enter your coupon code.
Why can I only ship to UK addresses?
  At this time, we are only accepting orders from UK addresses. If you would like to ship gifts elsewhere, please use our US store, www.shopNG.com.
How can I order a magazine?
  At this time, we are unable to process orders for magazines at the same time as products.  If you would like to order one of our magazines, please click here .
Why must I pay VAT?
  VAT stands for value added tax, which is charged on goods sold by National Geographic within the United Kingdom. In accordance with the laws governing members of the European Union (EU), National Geographic is obliged to charge VAT on all orders delivered to destinations in member countries of the EU. When shopping our site you will see all prices marked either including or excluding VAT. We are required to collect 17.5% VAT on all items except books and maps which are zero-rated. We also collect VAT on the shipping and handling charged on your order. You will be able to see your final price inclusive of applicable VAT before you confirm your order, when you have completed your order information (including your delivery address).
