Baby Tales is a celebration of young lives on their journey into adulthood. It seems we all have a weakness for cuteness, yet humans are not the only ones with a soft spot for the young. What is it about the very young that can put a smile on our faces? There is something about an infant creature that can cast a powerful spell over caregivers across the animal kingdom. From boisterous to shy, irresistible to downright scary, baby animals are fascinating and fun to watch. This film captures the life and development of young animals from orangutans in the rainforests, pandas in the bamboo forests of China and kittens in a bale of hay. We follow them from the moment of birth, as they nurse, play, explore and sometimes even die. Join us in a celebration of these young lives and their sometimes fun, often perilous journey into adulthood, through a world full of adventure, discovery, hardship and play.
